OUR STORY
SO MUCH MORE THAN LAWNCARE
We are Mike and Brooke Keisler. Our team tackles the lawn care and landscaping needs you don’t have the time or desire to handle. We help you find fresh new ideas to make your yard a place you love seeing when you pull into the driveway, a place that matches your personality and style, a place to gather your friends and family and enjoy your downtime.
We also help businesses create a place that attracts the attention of the perfect client. No matter the job, your satisfaction is our goal.
Our business is so much more than lawn care. We know that saving you time and energy will benefit you well beyond the beautiful lawn. Our customers matter to us.
"My yard started with the problem of water draining from my neighbors and flooding ours. Mike came out within days and put in a drain that dried up our yard by the weekend. From there we wanted to add some palm trees and additional landscaping, but didn’t want a lot of maintenance. So Mike installed a system that watered around everything and was care free for us. It worked beautifully. We now just need routine maintenance around the house, but I know he is always just a day away from fulfilling my request. And the job is always done with such a meticulous hand. Mike and his team take pride in what they do and it shows in every piece of their work.
My favorite thing about this landscaping company however is the heart behind it. You won't find better people to care for your yard and your wallet."

What sod is best for South Carolina?Although a variety of grasses work well in SC, several factors influence the best choice of sod for your yard: how much sun/shade the area receives, soil profiles, mowing habits, personal preference on appearance, lawn traffic and your lawn maintenance discipline (how often you want to mow, water and fertilize). Zoysia is recommended by sod producers in our area. This average-maintenance sod is flexible, tough and forgiving while also providing a vibrant lawn.

Many factors should be considered when choosing plants, flowers, and trees for South Carolina landscapes, but here are a few ideas for this area: Flowers: Asters, astilbe, bee balm, cannas, coneflowers, crocus, daffodils, dahlias, glads, hibiscus, hostas, hyacinths, irises, jasmine, lilies, peonies, phlox, salvia, sedum, succulents, tulips, and yarrow Ground Cover plants: ajuga, creeping juniper, English ivy, and heat-tolerant hostas.

What's the difference between landscaping and hardscaping?Landscaping is the process of making a lawn more visually appealing using live materials such as plants, trees, shrubs, grass or other natural elements to change the landscape’s design. Hardscaping is the man-made architecture, materials or structures built into a lawn’s landscape, such as (but not limited to) fire pits, paver/stone patios, walkways, retaining walls, or concrete.
-
What's the difference between pavers and stone?Pavers are manufactured to look like natural stone. Because they are man-made they can be somewhat easier and faster to install than natural stone because of the similarity they have in size and shape. However, they do need to be maintained regularly so that weeds do not grow through. Natural stone is cut, or harvested, from naturally occurring stone. While it is not as flat or predictable in color or style as pavers are, natural stone is hard and able to withstand tough weather conditions over time.
-
What is flagstone?A flatstone, usually made of sandstone, that works well for projects such as walk ways, patios, or walls.
